Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch has announced British skincare brand OSKIA as the exclusive partner for its new luxury spa. Set within one of London’s most recognisable historic landmarks, the forthcoming wellness destination will combine bespoke treatments, contemporary design and personalised hospitality, bringing a new chapter of luxury to Admiralty Arch.

One of London’s most ambitious luxury hotel transformations is taking shape at Admiralty Arch, where a landmark restoration is preparing to introduce a new Waldorf Astoria hotel and an intimate wellness retreat.

In an announcement on 7 October 2026, Waldorf Astoria confirmed that award-winning British skincare brand OSKIA will become the exclusive spa partner at its forthcoming London property. The collaboration marks OSKIA’s first partnership with a Waldorf Astoria hotel anywhere in the world.

The spa will feature treatments created specifically for Admiralty Arch, alongside a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and private relaxation spaces.

For a building steeped in British history, the partnership reflects a wider approach to contemporary luxury: one that places craftsmanship, individuality and a sense of place at the heart of the experience.

A New Luxury Spa Within London’s Historic Admiralty Arch

Positioned at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace, Admiralty Arch occupies one of the capital’s most distinguished locations.

Commissioned by King Edward VII in memory of Queen Victoria, the Grade I-listed landmark was designed by Sir Aston Webb, the architect responsible for the principal façade of Buckingham Palace.

Now, an extensive restoration by Reuben Brothers, in partnership with Hilton, is transforming the historic building into a luxury hotel for the first time.

While much of the property celebrates Admiralty Arch’s grand architectural heritage, its new spa will offer something deliberately more intimate.

The wellness facilities have been conceived as a peaceful retreat from the surrounding city, with understated interiors and dedicated spaces for relaxation.

Guests will be able to enjoy individual and couples’ treatments, alongside a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and ice fountain. A private relaxation area and modern fitness centre will complete the offering.

The newly released architectural visuals reveal a restrained palette of warm neutral tones, softly illuminated spaces and sculptural details, creating a calm contrast with the building’s imposing exterior.

Rather than relying on theatrical design, the proposed interiors suggest a quieter interpretation of luxury, where privacy and personal comfort take precedence.

OSKIA Brings British Skincare Expertise to Waldorf Astoria

At the centre of the new spa experience is OSKIA, the British skincare brand founded by Georgie Cleeve in 2009.

Known for its focus on nutritional skincare, the company develops formulas combining vitamins, minerals, peptides and other carefully selected ingredients.

Its approach centres on supporting the skin through bioavailable nutrients and advanced formulation techniques. Every OSKIA product is developed and manufactured at the brand’s own facility in Wales.

Over the years, the company has established relationships with luxury spas and hotels internationally, while receiving more than 250 beauty industry awards.

At Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, OSKIA will introduce a collection of treatments developed exclusively for the property.

Although individual treatment names and prices have not yet been announced, Hilton has confirmed that the experiences will be personalised to guests’ needs and unavailable at other locations.

The collaboration also reinforces the hotel’s commitment to working with British and UK-based businesses.

Guillaume Marly, General Manager of Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, described the shared values behind the partnership:

There is a natural synergy between OSKIA and the hotel.

GUILLAUME MARLY
General Manager, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch.

Marly highlighted the importance of British identity, craftsmanship and an understated approach to luxury in bringing the two brands together.

For guests, the intention is to create a spa experience that feels connected to its setting, rather than simply replicating an existing wellness concept.

Readers can learn more about the brand’s skincare philosophy through the official OSKIA website.

Exclusive Treatments with a Personal Approach

The new spa will place considerable emphasis on treatments tailored to the individual.

While OSKIA’s existing skincare range provides the foundation, the bespoke Admiralty Arch collection has been created to reflect the hotel’s setting and approach to hospitality.

This distinction is important. In an increasingly competitive luxury wellness market, exclusivity is no longer defined solely by an impressive spa interior or the number of facilities available.

Instead, personalisation, specialist expertise and experiences that cannot be replicated elsewhere are becoming increasingly valuable.

For OSKIA founder Georgie Cleeve, the opportunity to bring the brand into such a historic London setting also carries personal significance.

Reflecting on the new partnership, Cleeve said:

it’s a partnership I am particularly excited by, and proud of.

GEORGIE CLEEVE
Founder, OSKIA

Cleeve, who previously lived and worked in London, emphasised the care being taken to preserve Admiralty Arch’s heritage while introducing contemporary comforts.

The treatment programme will be overseen by newly appointed Spa Manager Caitlin Ryde, who will lead the team and manage the spa’s service standards and guest experience.

Together, these elements suggest a wellness destination centred as much on considered service as on its surroundings.

A Historic Landmark Reimagined as a Luxury Hotel

The OSKIA partnership is one part of a much larger transformation at Admiralty Arch.

The Grade I-listed building is being restored to accommodate 114 rooms, suites and residences, blending original architectural character with contemporary interiors.

Beyond the spa, the hotel will introduce two restaurants led by internationally acclaimed chefs.

Clare Smyth MBE will oversee Coreus, a fine-dining restaurant inspired by Britain’s coastal heritage, while French chef Daniel Boulud will bring Café Boulud to the hotel’s rooftop.

The rooftop restaurant and terrace will offer views across St James’s Park and Buckingham Palace, creating another distinctive element of the new property.

The development will also feature a collection of event spaces, including a grand ballroom designed to accommodate up to 500 guests.

In its earlier announcement, Hilton confirmed that reservations had opened for stays in 2027, with the hotel’s debut planned for autumn 2026. The precise opening date remains subject to confirmation.

The Love Lux Life View

London has no shortage of exceptional hotels or luxury spas. What makes Waldorf Astoria’s latest partnership particularly interesting is the relationship between the property’s history and the experience it hopes to create.

Admiralty Arch is a building associated with British heritage, ceremony and architectural grandeur. Yet behind its imposing façade, the new spa is being designed around privacy, restoration and a more personal interpretation of luxury.

The choice of OSKIA feels especially appropriate. Its British roots, in-house craftsmanship and specialist skincare expertise offer a meaningful connection to the hotel’s identity.

Of course, the ultimate measure will be the experience itself once the spa welcomes its first guests.

But if Waldorf Astoria and OSKIA deliver on their vision, the greatest luxury within Admiralty Arch may be the opportunity to escape the pace of London, without ever leaving its heart.
